The transformation begins immediately upon reaching the top of the stairs where custom gates were added to create an inviting entry point. Opening to reveal a thoughtfully designed pathway leading to the front. The owner’s existing lawn was a blank canvas, so we rejuvenated the area by installing garden edging and laying a new, lush grass lawn for a fresh and vibrant foundation.
To the right of the pathway, a new garden was created, featuring extra-large Kentia palms that lend a dramatic and tropical flair. This garden is divided by the manicured lawn, which continues to a second garden along the fence-line. The fence-line garden is planted with lush, full greenery, adding depth and privacy to the space, while the end garden near the gates serves as a striking focal point with its vibrant plantings.
At the front of the property, we constructed a paved path leading to the front deck. To create a sense of intimacy, the deck area was divided with bamboo and fence-line plantings, ensuring a seamless blend of privacy and natural beauty. The paved pathway then wraps around the house, connecting to a matching gate that leads to the back door. Gardens were planted on both sides of this pathway, resulting in a cohesive and lush landscape that feels alive and welcoming.
The result is a property that exudes charm and greenery at every turn. From the striking Kentia palms to the fully planted borders, every detail was designed to enhance the space’s natural beauty and functionality. This lush planting creates a sense of flow and unity throughout the property, making it a standout project.
